Morning Star Farm has had the honor of training and showing "Pepper" for many years. She has proven herself in the show ring as well as the breeding shed to be a top mare. "Wink" is an AQHA Kansas bred performance mare by Shawnee Sands out of a Doc Bar mare. Wink brings to the barn the total package that throws color in her foals. She had a buckskin appaloosa filly by Sure Nuff A Dream (son of Dreamfinder ApHC) in 08 and is bred to Santee Skipn Twist for a 2010 foal.
"Cricket" is one of our working bred AQHA mares that brings a lot to the table! Substance, heavy muscling and just plain pretty are a few of her traits she passes to her foals. She is also registered with the National Foundation Quarter Horse registry. She had a beautiful tri-colored leopard colt this year and will be bred back to Santee Skipn Twist for a 2010 foal.
"Kellie" is outstanding Western Pleasure mare. She has 3 All-Around championships under her girth! She has that classic Impressive look with a big frame, muscle and a pretty head. She is 100% kid broke and a pleasure to own. At this time Kellie is still open for breeding.
"Holly" has all the qualities of an excellent broodmare...pedigree of such greats as Doc's Solano, Poco Tivio, Two Eyed Jack, & Hollywood Gold, excellent confirmation and not to mention a baby doll head! Holly is bred to Santee Skipn Twist for 2010 foal.
